Our Staff

Charles is a 1992 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He began working for his father, Joe W. Taylor, at this accounting firm on a full-time basis in 1992. With over 25 years of experience in this field, Charles values the relationships he has built with their clients. Charles became a partner in 2005.

Charles works with a wide variety of clients, assisting them with their financial needs, including payroll processing, bookkeeping, tax planning and money management. He understands the importance of financial health and desires to help move his clients toward their goals.

When not at work, Charles enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.

Tonya is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience in accounting and taxation.  She is a 1996 graduate of Western Kentucky University.  She began working at Joe W. Taylor, CPAs in 1996 and became a partner in 2005.  

Tonya works with both individuals and small businesses.  She offers a variety of services that include bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and financial statement services.  Her goal is to always nurture a long term relationship with her clients as she helps them with their accounting needs.  

When not at work, Tonya enjoys life with her husband and two children.

Aaron is a certified public accountant and a 2009 graduate of Western Kentucky University. Aaron focuses on tax planning, tax preparation and financial statement services. He works with a variety of individuals, non-profits and small businesses to help obtain financial goals. Aaron began working at Joe W. Taylor CPAs in 2014 and became a partner in 2015.

Aaron serves on the budget committee for his Church and also serves as the leader for the finance committee of the Kiwanis Club of Bowling Green. Aaron is married with two children. The family loves Warren County and the surrounding community.

Emily is a certified public accountant with over 19 years of tax and payroll experience. She is a 1996 graduate of the University of Kentucky. Prior to joining Joe W. Taylor, CPAs, she worked for a regional accounting firm, where she worked with high net worth individuals and small to mid-size businesses. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with experience in the manufacturing, construction and government/non-profit industries.

When not at work, Emily enjoys life with her husband and three children and watching University of Kentucky basketball.

Delores joined Joe W. Taylor, CPAs in 2018 bringing fourteen years of administrative experience.  Prior to that she was an employee at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems for fourteen years.  Delores enjoys helping with the needs of our clients.  When not at work, she cherishes life with her husband Jeff, two daughters, and five grandchildren.  She is also a big fan of Kentucky basketball.
